Well, I just finished my preliminary week of workouts, which is basically one week to help me transition into a full wokout regimen since I've been out of the game for a while now. I've been doing lighter-than-usual weight lifting along with some cardio here and there. Today, I'll be officially starting Arnold Schwarzenegger's basic body building program.
