Post Nitric Oxide

Instead of taking supplements to help you get more NO, I heard a natural way just by taking Vitamin C pills and Ginseng.
Vitamin C help decrease NO breakdown in you
Ginsend helps enhance NOS in you.

Default nitric oxide

I'm not sure who heard that nitric oxide causes high blood presure, but they are wrong!!! It is a vasodialator which lowers your blood pressure! Go to youtube and watch Dr. Ignarros research piece on this it aids in Heart disease! Please people research your products before you post something you don't know.

Is it better to take supplements to provide all the needed ingredients for the body to produce Nitric Oxide . which will reduce blood pressure? or not to take them?
I found an article on the internet that I don't understand.
Maybe it says that the supplements cause high blood pressure in people with defective edothelial cells in the lining of their veins...

Steer clear of products that provide additional nitric oxide, you don't need it in your body.
