Well, today begins my 12 week td workout. already have a few pics but i wont post them up till end
, i did the abs challenge last february and went from 188 to 164. I still wasnt happy because I didnt have a lot of muscle left, i was just skinny, so i started to try to bulk back up and now im 174 lil bit more muscle. So im planning on doing the td program to get ripped and lose this fat I put back on over my muscle. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys |
