Thanks Klacey. I have just been eating like an animal and forcing myself to hit the weight room as hard as possible. I should post a picture of my hands after the dead lifts from yesterday. I was struggling to hold on to the bar with that much weight but I still fought through it and pounded out 3x8. Next week 215 or 225.

I have now finished bulking for the time being and am taking a week off due to working out for 14 weeks straight. Now that I have finished next Monday I will be starting the Tyler Durden program for the next 12 weeks. I am hoping to cut most of the fat off following a low-carb diet for 3 days and the 4th day have high carbs. I will be experimenting with this and hopefully have great results. Ill be eating 2500 calories per day based off of 500 below my maintenance level. Im eating 3000 calories for the rest of this week to get my body used to eating at this level before cutting the 300-500 calories.
My finishing stats were:
Height: 6'2.5"
Weight: 193
Bench: 175
Squat: 205
Deadlift: 225

I really increased my lifts and I can't wait to continue to build my strength during the TD program. I know I could probably get to 200 Bench during this program if I focus on my diet and really push myself during my workouts, but only time will tell. I will be posting some better stats later this week of measurements before I start cutting.

Can't wait to here from people since it seems really quiet throughout these forums. I know many people have been very busy or personal issues, but I hope they can all work these out and find some time to get back to posting their workouts to keep people motivated.

Ate fairly well today at 3k calories just to maintain weight. I got in some light roller blading in today just to get my heart and lungs back into the feeling of doing cardio and to work the muscles. Im looking forward to this Monday and am super pumped to get cutting and see the results that I've made.

I was absolutely destroyed today with this workout. It made me realize how outta shape I became from not doing cardio for the last 14 weeks, and also from putting on extra weight. I give total props to James and Trema for doing this program. I can't wait to see the final results at the end of the 12 weeks. Im just absolutely stoked right now.
