Default 1st day of training done

yep 1st day of training is done w/ the IWSPA guide. i am imo over weight(148) only 15 yrs old. i dont get why im over weight because i lift everyday and it seems like the fridge dont want to go. so in a desperate attemp ima try this program to loose weight and to get my six pack showing agian. anyways to all that is starting or started good luck.

Just be careful, man. Hitting it hard is important but so is your safety. Other than that congrats on finishing the first day!

since im only 15 could i do 15/10/5 per super set reps. idk if that will still give me the effect of the training program at 20/20/20 per super set rep. thx

Oh I wouldn't worry too much about that. Just do as much as you can, you'll improve over time.

kk thank you and its true i did improve from doing only 12 push ups to 15. and on the plank from 30sec to 55 sec. thank you this plan is working very well.

you say you lift everyday - dont. you'll over stress your body and send your hormone levels whacky and make it very difficult to loose fat. if your lifting properly, with intensity you shouldnt be able to lift everyday.

diet is the most crucial part of IWSPA so get that solid before you get too far on with the program.
