It's so great to have you back Big Mike!
Resting a couple of days usually works great, energy levels at 100% !

Thanks everyone. It does feel great to almost be back to normal. Well it was another cardio day which ended up being on the rowing machine again

5 min. warm up
20 sec on
10 sec slow pace
x8 rounds
5 min cool down.

I really got a good sweat going, but for some reason I struggle to get out of breath no matter how hard I push. I may try doing the treadmill or running outside to see if its just the machine or if my cardio is getting back up there. It should definitely not be this good for a 2:1 of on to off. I was working harder with a 1:2 of on to off, so Im going to try something new.

Hard work is a two-way street. You get back exactly what you put in.

Just read your entire training log so far. I've gotta say I'm quite impressed and I have no doubt you'll get that lean summer body back with bigger muscles. I'll be keep track of your stuff because after I finish bulking (which, by my calculations will be sometime in July), depending on how I look/feel I might bulk more or cut. More than likely, I'll bulk more and then cut to look better for Summer 2011. Lol.

Anyway, keep up the good work dude. Everything seems to be in working order with you so far!

Thanks NLE. It took a lot of effort in the training and some days I was fighting to get those reps. I literally gave every ounce of the power in my body to move the weight each workout. Some lifts didn't really increase, but I was able to reach all my lifting goals and will continue working on them during the summer when I do a strength conditioning program.
